As her name was written in Georgian script ნაზი პაიკიძე maybe a different transliteration from Nazi Paikidze could have been chosen as there is considerable flexibility in transliterations from other scripts. There is also a Hong Kong pianist, now in the USA, called "Tiffany Poon" with the Chinese family name "Poon" and I had no idea that "Poon" was a rude word in American English until someone pointed it out to me. Nevertheless, surely what is appopriate here is Shakespeare''s

"What''s in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other word would smell as sweet".

Australia’s Child Naming Regulations, Restrictions on Baby Names appears a sensible approach. However, feel a little dubious towards use English letters only.

Who puts the LAST name of their kid on a birthday cake?! To me, it seems like they were looking for attention/conflict. (And they should be slapped upside the head with a brick!)

mmm, I see what you mean. Sounds as if it's a similar story to the Campbells and the birthday cake. Blame it on your Constitution.

Correct hoping that's enough clarity. However just in case: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naz%C3%AD_Paikidze

So to clarify her name is 'Nazi' and not necessarily a practitioner of extreme right wing views?
Only got a photo from the link no info
