Nice one! A dance of death for Black, a lot of retreating. Elegant checkmate.

Your 11th and 12th moves were a bit wasteful.

You missed 18. ... Rxe5+, which would have changed the game in your favour.

The perspective requested for annotations/comments: I have enjoyed this game but feel this was an indicator that I will find it hard to break the 1800 rating barrier.

I believe my opponent gained the edge in the opening with control over the files. This then turned to having control in the middle game. On reflection I had no plan of taking the game to my opponent.

Any feedback regarding tactics and position would be much appreciated.
