All ChessWorld Members can earn rating points by playing rated games. Rating points can be a useful way to measure your progress, as compared with other ChessWorld Members, over a number of games.
As an encouragement to all of our Members ChessWorld maintains a list of the Top 100 Rated Players.
There are two ways to gain a place on this list.
Obviously, you should have a high rating! In addition, and to be as fair as possible to everyone, ChessWorld only records details of players who have nbot only played a significant number of games but also visit the site regularly.
