| I would like to be able to start tournaments with my own original opening! That would be less restrictive! | United States | 1954 | ||

| I'm able to set up invitation tournaments for my students, all start as guess members, but some have fallen in love with this site and move on to be full members. My biggest thrill is when they beat me. also ChessWorld figues rating. :) | United States | 1782 | ||
| It's only ten quid! Join teams, enter tournaments, have fun. Best ten quid you'll spend for your computer. Well worth it. | England | 1220 | ||
| This is a phenomenal site! Well done! Keith Angilly | United States | 1946 | ||
| I am enjoying playing chess for myself without the aggravation of having anything to do with the organisation. Thanks for your efforts to maintain a great site !! | United Kingdom | 1661 | ||
| This chess site is trouble free, compared to others that seem to be down often. | United States | 1174 | ||
| Fantastic job. Keep up the GREAT work. | Canada | 1631 | ||
| The ability to play many games simultaneously, differentiates this Site. I like that. I wanted to play rated games and only members have the option in choosing their opponents. Good tactic! Price = good value at this time. E-mail driven, nice feature. | South Africa | 2747 | ||
| esp like the analysis board | Canada | 1767 | ||
| Thank you for making this site the best email site I look forward to many great games of chess here and I do play here almost everyday!! | United States | 1117 | ||
| I was initially reluctant to pay the joining fee. On reflection, this site does offer a service so it's hardly outrageous to ask a fee; in cyberspace, we've all got too used to getting everything for free. ChessWorld.net is a great chess site and well worth the tenner joining fee. | United Kingdom | 877 | ||
| I suggest you correct the program so that more than one of the above may be selected! (big grin) | United States | 1414 | ||
| Great site Tryfon, I wanted to click all the above. Better than ICC I think, which is why I didn't re-new there. Hey that holiday feature got to go, being abused I think. | United States | 1778 | ||
| I have also tried playchess.de and redhotpawn.com. I tried playchess about a year ago and then tried again recently. Both times I have games interrupted because of server problems, not here. Redhotpawn does not offer tournaments and I like that part of ChessWorld. | United States | 928 | ||
| I am the recipient of a good value, well laid out site which is extremely player friendly. I have only one bug-bear (ref. my forums-londoner62) but that is trivial in the grand scheme. | England | 1527 | ||
| Enables me to demolish people all round the world. | England | 2017 | ||
| I can't afford to do much else in the evenings after work and TV is mostly sugar. | Vietnam | 1410 | ||

| The poll would have been more reflective of me if I'd been able to check more than one choice. Chessworld is a great site, very addictive, and I'm enjoying playing opponents worldwide. I also appreciate the effort put in by the webmasters. I really like the speed of email - and the fact that (compared to the postal system) moves tend not to get lost. I played postal chess for 30 years, and ran ICCF tournaments for 6, but gave it all up due to pressure of work in the early 90's. Now retired, I spend a couple of hours each day on this site with my games. Its terrific value and great fun - and all those administrative chores involved in running tourneys and producing reports are all computerised. Congratulations on a fabulous job and best wishes for continued success. | Canada | 2730 | ||
| Great site - very addicting :) One Suggestion: can the refresh button be higher on the page. Thanks again for the great site, keep up the great work. | United States | 1615 | ||
| Guess I am a chessaholic...I always wanted to play chess by mail but it was too expensive..I love the convience of simply clicking and moving..Perhaps it is the best thing since sliced bread..Ernie Johnson (USA) | United States | 1941 | 2000 | |
| ChessWorld.net provides a great service at a low cost. I don't have much money and I only know one or two people that play the game. This site allows me to find people to play and continue to learn the game. Thanks! | United States | 1687 | ||
| I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and playing chess. | United States | 2201 | ||
