7–14 Day Tournament Preparation Plan
This structured 7–14 day tournament preparation plan helps you enter an event with:
clean opening knowledge,
strong tactical sharpness,
good practical form,
a stable mindset,
and a healthy sleep rhythm and routine.
This plan is especially useful before:
classical tournaments
weekenders
rapid events
online money/league competitions
You can complete this program in 7 days if you're short on time,
or stretch it to 14 days for a calmer, deeper preparation.
🎯 Core Objectives of Tournament Preparation
